4. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

All bookings and service engagements are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed payment or deposit. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in the proposal or invoice issued to the client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may result in suspension of the Services until outstanding amounts are cleared.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the Services effectively, the client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access to accounts, websites, and assets, and any content or materials required for the project. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and are not the responsibility of TechZenix.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the TechZenix and Biznity branding, logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of TechZenix or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of this Site without our prior written consent. Final deliverables produced for a client become the client’s property upon full payment, while TechZenix retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and case studies.
